Now under the management of grandson, Mario and his wife, Stephannie, the shop has been renovated to reflect a more modern style European fishmonger, with fresh seafood displayed on shaved ice and a wide selection of premium fish on offer. Mario and Stephannie have created what they see as a long awaited international style fish shop. Every measure is taken to ensure fresh fish and other seafood products are of the highest quality and knowledgeable staff are on hand to provide advice on cooking methods and the different types of seafood.
